We can use our data in a Tableau Dashboard. We will focus on our annual data as this has more interesting variables. A Dashboard allows us to gain insights into our data in much more visual way.

• There is a decreasing trend in number of houses sold.
• The order of most densely populated broughs remains relatively constant.
• Westminster has the lowest female to male hourly pay gap with Richmond having the worst.
• The total London Population has increased by close to 1 million from 2014 to 2020.
• The highest house prices seem to lie upon a line into London from the South West.
• The more centrally placed boroughs have worse recycling rates.
